BOSTON - Junior Danielle Etrasco of the Boston University women's lacrosse team earned Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Northeast All-Region First Team honors as announced by the organization on Thursday.

The two-time America East All-Conference First Team member started all 17 games this season and led BU in goals (58) and points (80), while ranking second in the conference in both categories. Etrasco also led the team with 49 draw controls and ranked second on the squad with 22 assists.
The Massapequa, N.Y., native had a career day on Saturday, April 28, as she tied her career high with nine points in BU's 18-16 win at Binghamton. Etrasco notched five goals and posted a career-high four assists to propel the Terriers to a victory and secure BU's first perfect record (6-0) in America East Play since 2009.
The junior scored at least one goal in every game this season. She ranks eighth in the nation in goals per game (3.41) and points per game (4.71)
