The Boston University men's rowing team announced that it will be hosting an open house on Saturday, Feb. 16 to coincide with the World Indoor Rowing Championships, which will take place at Boston University on February 17th at the Agganis Arena.
Those planning on attending the C.R.A.S.H.-B Sprints are invited to events throughout the weekend to learn more about the University and its rowing program.
On February 16th athletes, families and coaches are invited to visit the Boston University's DeWolfe Boathouse between 3:00 p.m. - 5 p.m. for an open house. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the Boathouse, meet with coaches and talk with current team members.
Also on Feb. 16, the rowing team will sponsor a campus tour that will depart promptly at 2:00 p.m. from the steps of the New Student Services Center at 100 Bay State Road. The tour will assemble inside the Center in the Marciano Commons and conclude at the DeWolfe Boathouse around 3:00 p.m. where participants can partake in the open house. Tour attendees may want to consider having lunch in the new state-of-the-art Marciano Commons, or at one of the many restaurants in adjacent Kenmore Square.
On Sunday, February 17 (race day), BU's men's rowing will have an information table setup on the Mezzanine of Agganis Arena during the C.R.A.S.H.-B event. Attendees are encouraged to stop by after racing and introduce themselves.
