Field Hockey Finalizes Class of 2017

Field Hockey Class of 2017

March 27, 2013

BOSTON - The Boston University field hockey program and head coach Sally Starr are proud to announce the team's 10-member Class of 2017.

"This talented class will be part of a new legacy for BU field hockey since they will be the first to play all four years at New Balance Field," said Starr. "They truly mirror BU's student population with two international athletes, two from California and one each from New Hampshire, New Jersey, Ohio, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Michigan. This is a very gifted class both as students and athletes, and we can't wait to have them join our program."

The Terriers will open their new state-of-the-art facility this season, which will also be the team's first as a member of the Patriot League.
