She also set new school standards in the heptathlon (5628) and javelin (44.38m) en route to being named Patriot League Field Athlete of the Meet. Barwise ranks third in the nation in the high jump entering the weekend.
Moriello will be competing at the outdoor championships for the first time in her collegiate career after advancing out of the East prelims on May 31. She finished third in her heat and sixth overall with a personal-best time of 16:03.57. That finish came after a second-place performance at the ECAC Championships (16:18.08) and a victory in her debut at the Patriot League Championships (16:46.08); Moriello crossed the finish line nearly 20 seconds faster than the second-place competitor in that win.
