Swam for Lincoln Southwest High School and the Greater Nebraska Swim Team ... Captained team to state title as a senior, the school's second state title in three years .. Was a three-time state champion in the 200 medley relay and broke her own state record as a junior ... Also won the 400 free relay as a junior ... Led off victorious 200 medley relay as a sophomore en route to a state record in that event ... Was runner-up in the 100 backstroke at the state championship as a freshman.
