Carpenter shared the team lead in points with 35 on a team-best 20 goals and 15 assists. He was tabbed a Hockey East Second Team All-Star after scoring 14 goals in league play, which ranked third. The junior had five multi-goal games, including a pair of hat tricks, and led the Terriers in power-play goals (7), shorthanded goals (2), faceoff percentage (.579) and faceoffs won (366).
Fabbro, who also received Hockey East Second Team All-Star accolades, was the second-highest point-scorer among Hockey East defensemen with 29 on nine goals and 20 assists. His 0.76 points per game average ranked tied for eighth for BU blueliners since 2000. The British Columbia native led BU in power-play points (16) and assists (12) while his 82 blocks were the most of any Hockey East player.
Carpenter and Fabbro were critical to BU's success, helping the Terriers claim the Hockey East tournament title for the ninth time in program history while later advancing to the NCAA regional finals for the second straight year.
