Appearance Fees and Restrictions: There is an hourly rate for Boston University events on campus. Mascot appearances outside of Boston University are subject to additional fees, to be determined based on appearance requirements. An additional transportation fee will be charged for locations off of the BU Campus. Transportation fees will be determined by the location of the event. All requests MUST be submitted at least three weeks prior to the date of the event.
