How do I claim my JTC child's free tickets at BU home games?
You may claim your JTC child's free ticket to eligible BU home games through one of two methods: 1) call or e-mail the Ticket Office at 617-353-GoBU (4628), option 2 or at TerrierTickets@bu.edu, or 2) stop by the ticket office on your way in to any BU home game.
How do you ensure my JTC child’s seat is near mine?
If you have already purchased single game tickets and would like to reserve your JTC child ticket as close to your current seats as possible, please contact the Ticket Office at 617-353-GoBU (4628), option 2 or at TerrierTickets@bu.edu. If you have not yet purchased single game tickets, stop by or contact the Ticket Office and let them know that you are looking to purchase single game tickets and reserve your JTC child's ticket at the same time.
How do I get my ticket?
Tickets will be available via Agganis Arena Account Manager (go to AgganisArena.com and click on "My Account" to log in using the parent's e-mail address). Digital tickets may be scanned for entry at the door. If you have any issues accessing your Agganis Arena Account Manager account, stop by or contact the Ticket Office.
I am a season ticket holder and would like to reserve my child’s JTC tickets for the season.
For Men's Ice Hockey season ticket holders, we will do our best to seat your JTC child as close to your seats as possible (subject to availability). When you purchase or renew your Men's Ice Hockey season tickets, please also complete the JTC registration form and indicate that you are a season ticket holder. JTC seats will be added to the child's Agganis Arena Account Manager account, and parents will be able to access those digital tickets, along with their own, to scan for entry at each home game. Please note that complementary JTC seats are not available for Men's Ice Hockey games vs. Boston College. Any season ticket holder who would like their JTC child to attend Men's Ice Hockey games vs. Boston College will need to purchase those tickets by contacting the Ticket Office once the season ticket holder presale begins in early September.

New memberships take 1-3 business days to process.
Welcome packets and t-shirts
Welcome packs will be mailed out in September for the 2026-27 season. If you indicated your interest in purchasing a t-shirt, our staff will reach out for separate payment.
