Roberts Named to NWCA All-Academic Team

Roberts totaled 108 victories in his career at BU.

BOSTON - Senior Mike Roberts of the Boston University wrestling team has been named to the National Wrestling Coaches' Association (NWCA) Division I All-Academic Team. The 149-pound standout posted a 3.75 grade-point average as a graduate student this past season while qualifying for the NCAA Championships for the third straight year.

Roberts went 32-12 during the 2008-09 campaign and finished his career with 108 victories. After earning a bachelor's degree from the College of Arts and Sciences in 2008, he began study towards a master's of science degree this past year.
