
Men's Swimming and Diving Falls to Brown, 172-126

BOSTON - The Boston University men's swimming and diving team lost to Brown, 172-126, on Saturday afternoon at Competition Pool.
The quartet of Bryon Kallert, Kyle Ernst, Matt Rickett and Jackson Hill opened the meet with a win in the 200 medley relay as the worked together to finish in 1:33.50. Jeff Thomas had a winning 1,000 free time of 9:37.97 - nearly seven seconds faster than the next closest competitor.
After helping the 200 medley relay team win, Ernst later won 100 and 200 breast in 57.24 and 2:05.75, respectively. In the diving events, Tanner Knorr place second with a score of 264.83 on the 1M and later came back to win the 3M with a score of 294.83.
BU returns to the pool on Jan. 28 when it heads to Villanova at 4 p.m.
