Santaite Named CAA Wrestler of the Week

LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J. - After posting two pins in a pair of dual wins for the Terriers, senior Fred Santaite of the Boston University wrestling team has been named the CAA Wrestler of the Week, as announced by the league office.

Santaite earned pins against opponents from Duke and Bridgewater State on Saturday to improve to a perfect 10-0 on the season.

The top ranked 133-pounded in the CAA, Santaite is ranked as high as 10th in the nation in his class.

Santaite and the Terriers will continue their four-match homestand on Friday (Feb. 3) when they host Princeton. Match time is set for 7:30 p.m.

Taffur will need to win Friday night to become an All-American.
