STORRS, Conn. - The Boston University men's swimming & diving team closed out the first semester with a tri-meet at Connecticut with Yale on Saturday afternoon. The Terriers fell to the host Huskies by a score of 164-136 and were outscored by the Bulldogs, 221.5-78.5.

Junior Garrett Chin won two events, taking the 200 fly in 1:50.14 before finishing first in the 200 back with a time of 1:49.17, while also finishing second the 200 IM (1:52.31). Sophomore Trevor Winans was runner-up in the 200 free (1:40:39) and senior Daniel Andronov was second in the 100 breast (57.30).

BU's 200-medlay relay squad consisting of Andronov, juniors Quinn Smith and Oliver Maarse and senior Brian Habacivch finished second at 1:34.25, just one one-hundredth behind UConn.
