BOSTON - Taking Competition Pool for the first time this season, the Boston University men's swimming & diving team fell late, 149-139, to Bucknell Saturday afternoon.

Sarsen Whatmore highlighted the afternoon with a pair of first-place finishes, taking the 200 free before winning the 500 free. Kyle Falkstrom, Brenden Meagher and Darren Ty dominated the breast events, as the trio combined to sweep the podium in the 100 and 200 races.

BU will return to Competition Pool on Saturday, Oct. 26 against Fordham at 1:30 p.m.
