Returning for a 16th year, the Terrier Twelve recognizes the top achievements of Boston University teams and student-athletes from the previous year. In 2023-24, over half of BU's teams either won a conference title or finished runner-up at their league championship, and all of those programs will be represented in the countdown. Check back each Tuesday and Friday this summer as we unveil this year's Terrier Twelve on GoTerriers.com.
Coming in at number 11 in this year's Terrier 12 is women's golf as junior Christy
Chen repeated as Patriot League Golfer of the Year and set BU's single-season and career records for tournament wins.
Chen became the first Terrier to win four tournaments in a season to up her career win total to six, surpassing Kristyna Pavlickova's program record of five.
The junior finished in the top five in nine of 10 tournaments on the year and helped the Terriers finish runner-up at the Patriot League Championship, where she and sophomore
Annika Manjunath both had top-five finishes to earn All-Patriot League First Team honors. The pair went on to secure Academic All-Patriot League and CSC Academic All-District honors as well.
Amy Han joined the team in January and was the highest finisher among freshmen at the Patriot League Championship which led to her being named the conference's Rookie of the Year.
Chen won three titles in the fall at the Bucknell, Princeton and Yale Invitational before claiming medalist honors at the Kingsmill Intercollegiate hosted by William & Mary in March. Her consistent performances helped her become one of just 20 golfers in the country named to the ANNIKA Award Fall Watch List.
