Hall of Fame

John B. Simpson Award
Sydney Godett Nestor Taffur

Named in honor of a 1950 graduate of Boston University who served as Director of Athletics from 1975 to 1984, these awards are presented to one male and one female athlete on the basis of their enthusiastic senior leadership. These athletes may or may not be the best players on their teams, but they are definitely competitors who have led by their enthusiasm and energy. The recipients are chosen by the Athletic Department.
