Marc Maloney

Marc Maloney enters his seventh season overall and first as an associate head coach in 2025-26.

Maloney served the past three seasons as an assistant coach and has helped coach BU to Patriot League titles in 2025, 2023 and 2021 as well as a nearly undefeated regular season record against Patriot League opponents. He most recently helped the Terriers to their best-ever season performance with 19 wins.

Before BU, Maloney was the women's tennis head coach at Stonehill College where he led the Skyhawks to a 71-36 overall (54-5 NE10) record from 2014 to 2019. He coached the team to two NE10 championship titles ('14, 19') and helped the team reach a No. 38 ITA National Ranking. The Skyhawks made five NCAA Tournament appearances and Maloney was named the 2017 NE10 Coach of the Year.

Prior to his stint at Stonehill, Maloney was the assistant men's and women's coach at his alma mater, Endicott College.

Maloney graduated from Endicott in 2009 with a bachelors of science in nursing. He was a four-year letterwinner for the Gulls on the men's tennis team.

Maloney resides in Beverly, Mass. with his wife, Lisa, and son, Landon.
