After helping the field hockey team capture the 2017 Patriot League title, sophomore Kiley Gallagher has been named the GoTerriers.com Student–Athlete of the Week.
With BU trailing Bucknell, 1-0, Gallagher scored in the 54th minute to even the score. The sophomore later set up the game-winning goal, intercepting a pass off a restart before finding senior Allie Renzi on the left side of the circle with just 2:25 to play.
Gallagher, who also scored a goal in the semifinal victory over Holy Cross, was named to the Patriot League All-Tournament Team after scoring half of her four career tallies over the weekend.
