After winning the individual title and leading her team to a first-place finish at the season-opening Harry Lang Invitational, senior Abigail Gugel of the cross country team has been named the GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.
Gugel finished first in a field of 90 runners with a time of 17:11.2, leading the Terriers to the team title ahead Syracuse, Navy, Bucknell, Lehigh, Colgate and Binghamton.
The victory took place on the same course where the Patriot League Championships will be held on Nov. 2.
