Peterkin Named To America East Academic Honor Roll

BOSTON - Omari Peterkin (St. Thomas, Virgin Islands), a sophomore on the Boston University men's basketball team, was named to America East Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll, for earning a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, it was announced by the conference on Tuesday, July 5.
In his first season at BU, he averaged 2.3 points and 2.2 rebounds per game in 20 games.
Peterkin is enrolled in BU's College of Arts and Sciences. He is one of 180 Terrier student-athletes to be named to the America East Honor Roll this season.
