
Men's Crew Competes Against Syracuse, Columbia

Orchard Beach, N.Y. - Boston University men's crew competed against Syracuse and Columbia in the Conlan and Lusins cups, respectively, Sunday morning. Syracuse won the Conlan Cup, while Columbia picked up the Lusins Cup.
The Terriers finished third in the varsity and JV eight races, second in the varsity 4+ and freshman eight races, while the freshman 4+ provided BU's lone win of the day when the boat beat Syracuse by nearly 14 seconds. The freshman eight was narrowly defeated by Columbia. The Lions crossed the line just 0.34 seconds ahead of BU.
Next up for the Terriers is Wisconsin and MIT on Sunday, May 6 at 7:30 a.m. on the Charles River.
