Terriers Compete at Bryant Invitational

SMITHFIELD, R.I. - Led by a fourth-place finish by sophomore Rosa Moriello, the Boston University women's cross country team opened its 2011 season on Saturday morning at the Bryant Invitational.
Moriello ran the course in 18:03.87 and was joined by three othere Terriers in the top 20. Senior Madeline Steiner placed 14th with a time of 18:44.57, junior Nikki Long was 17th (18:55.04) and senior Kathleen Davies was 20th (19:08.52).
Senior Anna Luke crossed the finish line 34th at 19:54.11 and freshman Ashli Tagoai was 72nd (21:32.45)
The Terriers will next compete at the Codfish Bowl at Franklin Park on Saturday, Sept. 24.
