After winning the New England Championship on Sunday, junior Monica Adler has been named the GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.
Adler finished with a time of 17:00.79, nearly six seconds faster than the second-place competitor. It is the first individual victory of the season for a BU harrier, and it is also Adler’s first collegiate triumph.
The Manchester, Mass., native is the second straight Terrier to win the event, as Katie Matthews claimed first place in 2011.
