
Glincman Earns Patriot League Diver of the Week Honors

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – Senior Chelsea Glincman of the Boston University women’s swimming and diving team became the first Terrier to earn Patriot League Diver of the Week honors, as announced by the League on Monday afternoon.
Glincman and the Terriers opened their first season as a member of the Patriot League with a 154-146 win over League member Army and a 204-96 triumph over former America East foe Vermont on Friday night at Army’s Crandall Pool.
The North Brunswick, N.J., native earned a pair of first-place finishes for the Terriers by winning both the 1m and 3m diving events.
On the 1m board, Glincman posted 241.05 points, besting the second-place finisher by over six points. In the 3m competition, the senior amassed 248.15 points, edging out Army’s Breawna Davis, who totaled 247.10 points.
Glincman and the Terriers return to action this weekend when BU travels to Amherst, Mass., on Saturday (Oct. 12) for a dual meet with Massachusetts. Competition is slated to begin at 1 p.m.
