CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – For the second time this season, senior Chelsea Glincman of the Boston University women’s swimming and diving team has earned Patriot League Diver of the Week honors, as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.
Glincman and the Terriers hosted their last home meet of the season on Saturday and defeated Rutgers, 168-132 to improve their dual meet record to 4-1. This is the second Patriot League Diver of the Week honor for Glincman this season, as she was also recognized for her performance on Oct. 7.
The North Brunswick, N.J., native has established herself as BU’s top performer in the diving events this season and the senior added another pair of strong performances on Saturday.
Glincman posted the best scores for the Terriers on the 1m and 3m board as she placed second in both events. She amassed 260.40 points on the 1m board and a total of 269.10 points on the 3m board.
The Terriers will return to action on Jan. 7, when the BU divers will compete against Harvard during the team’s annual training trip in Puerto Rico.
