After winning her second straight individual conference title, Rosa Moriello of the women’s cross country team has been named GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.
The senior harrier once again crossed the finish line first at the Patriot League Championship on Saturday at Lehigh, turning in a first-place time of 20:18.10. She was 12 seconds faster than the second-place competitor as she helped pace the Terriers to their second consecutive team championship.
A native of Naugatuck, Connecticut, Moriello has won twice this season and five times over the last two years.
