SOMERS, Wis. - Undefeated on the season, Boston University swimmer Erin Nabney was named the CollegeSwimming.com Patriot League Swimmer of the Week, the site announced on Tuesday afternoon.
The freshman has won every race she has competed in so far in her collegiate career. The Pinner, UK native has tallied 11 individual wins and has helped five relay teams to first-place finishes so far this season.
Her performance has also helped the team stay unbeaten this year with four dual meets under its belt. Nabney's main event is the 100 and 200 breaststroke but she also dabbles in the freestyle and individual medley. She has performed her fastest times since donning the Scarlet and White, setting new personal records in every event she has raced in this season including the 100 and 200 breast, 200 and 500 free and 200 IM.
The Terriers host their annual alumni meet on Saturday in the Competition Pool and return to action next Friday (Nov. 20) for the Terrier Invitational, which is held in the Competition Pool from Friday until Sunday.
