
Foreman Named Patriot League Rookie of the Week

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - Following the first weekend of competition, Kyle Foreman of the Boston University men’s basketball team was named the Lids Team Sports Patriot League Rookie of the Week, the conference announced on Monday afternoon.
Foreman had one of the top debuts for Boston University freshmen as he scored 15 points and dished out seven assists in an 87-84 overtime loss to Northeastern on Friday. Foreman made 6-of-8 shots from the field and only turned the ball over once in 31 minutes of action.
The Clyde Hill, Wash. native had the most points in a debut for a BU freshman since 2006 and his seven assists were the most for any Terrier in a season opener for at least 20 years.
BU is back in action in Case Gym on Monday night when the Terriers host Albany at 7 p.m. The game is set to air on the Patriot League Network.
