After averaging team highs in both points (14.0 ppg) and rebounds (7.3) to lead the Boston University men’s basketball team to a pair of road victories, junior Eric Fanning has been named the GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.

Fanning started off with a game-high 19 points against defending Ivy League champion Harvard and nearly had a double-double with 10 points and seven rebounds in an 80-60 victory at UMass Lowell.

He capped the week posting 13 points and a career-high 10 rebounds for his first-career double-double to help the Terriers win their fourth straight against Quinnipiac. He also shot an impressive 57.7 percent from the field over the three games.
