Nasson Named to PL All-Academic Team

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - Senior Stephanie Nasson earned a spot on the Patriot League Women's Swimming and Diving All-Academic Team, the conference announced on Friday afternoon.
This marks the third straight year the Wrentham, Mass. native has earned a place on the team, the only female swimmer ever named to the PL All-Academic squad.
Nasson, also an All-Patriot League First Team selection, comes off a successful PL Championship where she won the 500 freestyle to become the only BU female swimmer to earn the title of Patriot League Champion. Nasson also set a new school record in the 200 freestyle and now has her name above five different program records.
Her time in the 500 freestyle was fast enough to meet the NCAA B-Standard time and the senior will await her fate in the NCAA Championship.
