
Six Named to PL WBB Academic Honor Roll

Each honoree earned a 3.20 or better.
CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - Six members of the Boston University women's basketball team were named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, the conference announced on Tuesday.
Three Terriers were repeat selections, including juniors Sarah Hope and Courtney Latham, who have earned a spot in each of their three seasons and sophomore Kara Sheftic, who also earned the distinction as a freshman.
Junior Meghan Green and senior Clodagh Scannell each earned the recognition for the first times in their careers while transfer student Sophie Beaudry also made the list.
To be eligible for the Spring Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester and participate in one of the Patriot League's winter or spring championship sports.
Seniors (1): Clodagh Scannell (Cork, Ireland/GaelCholiste Mhiure A.G.) – Health Science, 3.20
Juniors (4): Sophie Beaudry (Chambly, Quebec/Monmouth) – International Relations, 3.25
Meghan Green (Bedford, N.H./Bishop Guertin) – Communications, 3.20
Sarah Hope (Medway, Mass./Medway) – Communications, 3.50
Courtney Latham (Glastonbury, Conn./Glastonbury) – Business Admin & Mgmt, 3.75
Sophomores (1): Kara Sheftic (Essex Junction, Vt./Essex) – Speech, Language and Hearing Science, 3.53
