Terriers Finish Second at Terrier Invitational

BOSTON - The Boston University women's swimming and diving team closed out the Terrier Invitational on Sunday, finishing in second place amongst the eight-team field.
Army West Point won the invitational in convincing fashion with 913 points. BU followed with 710 points and Boston College rounded out the podium with 648 points.
Grace Anderson won her second event of the three-day invitational, starting the day by posting the top time in the 1,650 yard free at 16:54.64. Maria Alameida and Julimar Avila followed with third-place finishes in the 200 back and 100 free. Erin Nabney also rallied for her second win of the meet, winning the 200 breast with a time of 51.52.
BU will close out the fall semester with a Dec. 2 dual meet against UConn.
