BOSTON – The Boston University women's basketball team has unveiled its 2017-18 schedule, as head coach Katy Steding announced Tuesday.
"We're really excited about the opponents we've lined up this year," stated Steding. "There's a great mix of competitive schools from the Northeast and outside the area. We have non-conference matchups against our regulars Harvard, Northeastern and BC, while adding Delaware and UCF to our slate will be very challenging. The Patriot League will be a battle each night, every single opponent can make you pay if you're not on top of your game. It will be a very exciting year!"
BU is coming off an 11-7 finish in Patriot League play, marking its best finish since joining the league. Terrier Madness will kick off the 2017-18 campaign on Thursday, Nov. 2 at Case Gym, while the regular season will tip-off on Thursday, Nov. 10 against cross-town Northeastern. The Terriers will take the floor at Case Gym 13 times during the regular season, closing with senior day on Saturday, Feb. 24 against Army.
Season tickets for women's basketball will be $65 for the general public with special pricing for faculty/staff ($50) and young alumni ($40). Last year's season ticket holders can renew by logging into their Agganis Arena account on Ticketmaster.com.
