AMHERST, Mass. - Taking on UMass on Saturday at Joseph R. Rogers, Jr. Pool, the Boston University women's swimming & diving was narrowed by the Minutewomen,164-135.

Sydney Lee, Kara Lydzinski and Carly Soares each won a pair of events. Lee pick up wins in the 100 (52.97) and 500 free (5:06.20), Lydzinski took first place in the 50 free (24.75) and 100 fly (58.52), while Soares earned the top spot in the 200 breast (2:22.65) and 200 IM (2:08.05). Marie Alameida also tabbed an individual win, taking the 200 back (2:09.09).

BU will remain on the road as it makes the short trip to Northeastern on Thursday, Nov. 7 for a 6:30 p.m. dual meet.
