BU Captures Patriot League Challenge Title

HAMILTON, N.Y. - Competing for the final time this season, the Boston University women's swimming & diving team captured the Patriot League Challenge title Sunday at Lineberry Natatorium.
BU finished with a team score of 888, finishing well ahead of both Holy Cross (653) and Colgate (536) at the conclusion of the two-day meet.
Freshmen Ellie Graves and Lara Mitchell picked up individual wins in the 1650 free and 200 back, while Emily Balicanta posted the top score in the 3-meter dive.
In a shortened spring season, BU finished its season with a perfect 3-0 record in dual meets.
Seniors Sydney Lee, Kara Lydzinski and Megan Wimmer closed out their careers Sunday.
