Women's Swimming & Diving Falls at MIT

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The Boston University women's swimming & diving team returned to competition after the midseason break on Friday and fell at MIT by a score of 188.5-92.5 at the Zesiger Center Pool.
Senior Sophia Souza won the 1-meter dive with a score of 300.45 while freshmen Cambria Jewett (200 fly, 2:04.00) and Ani Winter (200 breast, 2:21.17) each swam to a first-place finish with season-best times. Jewett added a runner-up finish in the 200-yard backstroke (2:01.42).
The Terriers, now 2-3 on the season, will host Colgate and Fairfield on Saturday (Jan. 11) for a double dual starting at noon.
