
Terriers Topped at UMass, 166-134

AMHERST, Mass. - The Boston University men's swimming & diving team visited Massachusetts on Saturday and the Minutemen earned a 166-134 victory at Rogers Pool.
Sophomore Giovanni Sullo led the way for the Terriers, winning the 200-yard butterfly (1:52.88) and the 500 freestyle (4:41.79).
Senior Tony Ponomarev swam a winning time of 1:49.75 in the 200 backstroke while junior Henry Dvorak won the 100 butterfly in a time of 50.63. Freshman Hugh Harrison added runner-up finishes in the 100 freestyle (46.61) and 200 individual medley (1:54.26).
Sophomore Bradley Watters, junior Ethan Huynh, Dvorak and senior Ben Cho won the the 200 medley relay in a time of 1:31.48.
This marked BU's final dual of the semester and the season record now stands at 2-3. The Terriers will return to action on Nov. 21-23 for the Terrier Invite.
