March 5, 2025 | Men's Basketball
BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Excelling in the classroom and on the court, Boston University men's basketball graduate student Miles Brewster earned his second Patriot League All-Academic Team award, as announced by the conference office Wednesday morning.
The Brooklyn, New York, native is the first Terrier to earn the distinction twice from the Patriot League and is the second to claim multiple awards from a conference with Tyler Morris ('10) the last to accomplish the feat while in the America East.
Brewster graduated last year with a bachelor's degree in international relations and is currently pursuing a master's degree in television with a 3.54 GPA. He's a three-time PL Academic Honor Roll and two-time NABC Honors Court member. The University tapped him into the Scarlet Key Honor Society a year ago as well.
On the court, the two-time team captain is averaging 10.4 ppg and 3.8 rpg while leading the team in both assists (2.3 apg) and steals (1.3 spg). Highlight performances include him scoring a career-high 25 points against Navy and totaling eight rebounds at Bucknell and Lafayette while also scoring in double digits.
The Terriers will next open the PL tournament against Navy on Thursday (March 6) with a 7 p.m. start time.
