HOW IT HAPPENED
- BU made four of its first five shots in the game to take a 10-8 lead halfway through the first quarter. Senior Anastasiia Semenova and sophomore Hildur Gunnsteinsdóttir each buried three-pointers.
- Tade's jumper tied the score before back-to-back driving layups from McLaughlin pushed BU back in front, 14-10.
- In the second quarter, the Black Knights leveled the score at 16-16 before sophomore Allison Schwertner muscled her way to the right block for a layup.
- BU limited Army West Point to zero field goals in the final 4:44 of the first half to build a 28-22 halftime lead.
- Adler and Gormley teamed up for BU's first 10 points in the third quarter, with Adler's jumper at the 5:06 mark extending the Terriers' lead to 38-26.
- McLaughlin's layup down the right lane and Gormley's two foul shots a minute later stretched it to 42-28, BU's largest lead of the game.
- The Terriers did not make a shot from the field in the last 3:56 of the third, however, while Ericson knocked down two threes as part of a 12-1 Army spurt to close the frame at 43-40.
- Gunnsteinsdóttir opened the fourth with a straightaway triple to cushion the Terriers lead to 46-40, but Tade drilled a three-pointer before Ericson scored eight consecutive points to hand the Black Knights a 51-46 edge from the 11-0 run.
- Adler and McLaughlin brought the Terriers within one on layups, only for Smith to collect five straight points on a layup and a nostalgic three-point play with 3:28 left in regulation.
- With 1:51 to go, Adler's layup sliced the gap to 59-54. However, Tade canned a midrange jumper before Smith's right-corner three made it a 64-54 contest with under 40 seconds left.
- BU shot 56.4 percent from the field, a season high against a Division I foe.
- Army West Point made over 43 percent of its shots. After shooting 3-for-13 from deep in the first half, the Black Knights drilled six of their nine three-point attempts.

- BU also sported a 30-18 advantage in paint points.
