Agganis Arena & Case Center COVID-19 Event Policy

The Boston University Department of Athletics has welcomed back fans and guests for the 2021-22 academic year and we are committed to their health and safety. COVID-19 is still very much a risk, and over the past months, we have taken many steps to create as safe an environment as possible for all who enter, but we also need your help and ask our guests to recognize that safety is a team effort.

Effective Friday, February 25, 2022:

In alignment with updated City of Boston Guidelines, Boston University has announced an update to its COVID-19 policy in regards to ticketed indoor events hosted by the Department of Athletics beginning Friday, February 25, 2022. Proof of vaccination will no longer be a requirement to enter Agganis Arena, the Case Center, and all other ticketed events open to the general public & BU community. Per City of Boston guidelines, all guests must wear face coverings, regardless of vaccination status, at all times except when actively eating and drinking. Though not required, Boston University strongly encourages guests to be fully vaccinated.

The COVID-19 policies will continue to be reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis. Some events, seating locations and experiences may require additional health and safety guidelines, including vaccine requirements as required by promoters or touring artists. Please review the event calendar and listings for more information about specific event requirements.
