Noah Saag joined the Boston University women's basketball program in June, 2021 as director of operations.

No stranger to the Patriot League, Saag comes to BU after spending the past six seasons with the Loyola Maryland women's basketball program as its director of operations. While with the Greyhounds, Saag executed all aspects of team travel, served as the team's video coordinator, charted analytics, assisted with recruiting, and developed and executed camps and clinics.

Prior to his time in Baltimore, he was the graduate manager with the Northwestern men's basketball program, and obtained a master's degree in sports administration in 2013.

Saag graduated with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Indiana in 2011. During his undergraduate experience, he was a marketing intern within the Hoosiers' athletic department, and played a key role in developing a marketing campaign for the Coach Hep Cancer Challenge.
