Named Most Outstanding Rookie of the Meet after placing eighth at the Patriot League Championship with a 6K time 22:18.9 and helping the Terriers claim the 2019 title ... Collected Second Team All-Patriot League honors ... Placed 39th at the NCAA Northeast Regional (20:37.0) ... Named Patriot League Rookie of the Week after finishing seventh en route to BU’s first-place finish at the Princeton Invitational (21:28.5) ... Selected as Patriot League Runner of the Week and Patriot League Rookie of the Week after leading the Terriers in 47th place at the Paul Short Run with a personal-best 6K time of 20:52.7 ... Named Patriot League Rookie of the Week after finishing 41st at the Coast-to-Coast Battle of Beantown (18:18) ... Placed fifth in season opener and collegiate debut at the Harry Lang Invitational (17:31.7) to help guide the Terriers to a first-place finish.

BEFORE BOSTON UNIVERSITY
Ran four years of track and cross country at Amherst Regional High School ... Was a four-time Western Mass and three-time PVIAC  champion in cross country ... During the 2018 cross country season, finished fourth at the Division I state meet for the second straight year and 15th at the Foot Locker Northeast Regional ... Placed third at the Division I state cross country meet as a sophomore ... During the 2019 indoor track season, was an All-American in the 5K event thanks to a third-place finish at the New Balance Nationals ... Also finished 14th in the two-mile event at New Balance Nationals ... During the 2019 outdoor track season, finished eighth in the 5K and 12th in thw two mile at New Balance Nationals ... Was the state runner-up at two miles ... Placed seventh at Arcadia with a 3,200m time of 10:23 ... Was the two-mile champion during the indoor and outdoor seasons as a junior and also won the emerging elite two-mile race ...
