After collecting a pair of impressive singles wins, Boston University men’s tennis freshman Owen Lu has been named the GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.
The Guangzhou, China, native started off a 7-6, 4-6, 10-8 victory over Georgetown’s two-time All-Big East honoree Peter Beatty. Lu then followed up with a 6-4, 7-5 win over 2017 Patriot League Rookie of the Year Zach Jennings to help the Terriers post a thrilling come-from-behind 4-3 win at Navy.
Lu is currently second on BU with an 18-9 singles mark.
