After earning Patriot League tournament MVP honors, junior Madi Killebrew has been named the GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.
The Dana Point, California, native started off with a two-RBI single in the bottom of the first against Army to give the Terriers the lead for good in an 8-0 victory. She followed up in game two against Bucknell with a three-run homer and pair of RBI doubles to reach the Patriot League final with a thrilling 6-4 win.
In the final contest, she put defending conference champion Lehigh away in the fourth on a bases-clearing triple for the second 8-0 win of the weekend. The hit helped her set a new Patriot League tournament record with 10 RBIs.
