Men's Tennis Falls To UConn

BOSTON - The Boston University men's tennis Terriers dropped a 4-3 decision to the University of Connecticut at the B.U. Track and Tennis Center on Monday, March 1.
B. U. (2-2) started the match by winning the doubles point. The No. 1 team of seniors Geoff Wagner (Bloomfield Hills, Mich.) and Adam Siegel (Sudbury, Mass.) and the No. 2 team of freshmen Barrett Wolf (Boca Raton, Fla.) and Ross Lohr (Newton, Mass.) each recorded wins to put the Terriers ahead, 1-0.
Connecticut (2-2) got singles wins from Matt Stinson at No. 1, Brian Ravesloot (No. 3), Mike Louis (No. 4) and George Rzepecki (No. 6) to win the match.
Wolf was the only double winner for the Terriers, earning a 6-4, 6-4 victory at No. 2 singles over the Huskies' Andy Sweatt).
B.U. next takes to the court during an extended spring break trip to Colorado. The Terriers will open the trip when they meet the Colorado School of Mines on Saturday, March 6.
