Men's Golf Finishes 19th at MacDonald Cup

The Boston University men???s golf team shot a two-round total of 624 (+64) to finish in 19th place at the MacDonald Cup over the weekend. The tournament was played at the Yale Golf Club in New Haven, Conn. Penn won the team title at 580 (+20).
BU was led individually by senior Remy Sloan (Montvale, N.J.), who shot 148 (+8), good for a 26th-place tie. Sophomore Michael O???Day (Westboro, Mass.) was tied for 77th at 156 (+16), while freshman Chris Conroy (Annaplois, Md.) finished tied-for-96th at 162 (+22). Senior captain Jed Prescott (New London, N.H.) fired a 163 (+23) to finish tied for 99th. Junior Steven Smith (Dix Hills, N.Y.) rounded out the Terriers scoring at 167 (+27). Hartford's 1 Dustin Wetherup (134, -6) took home individual medalist honors.
