Koller Named New England Hockey Journal Player of the Week

BOSTON ??? Freshman Laurel Koller (St. Paul, Minn.) was named New England Hockey Journal Player of the week for her two goal performance against conference rival Vermont on Sunday, Nov. 13. Koller tallied two goals, including the game-winner, in Sunday???s 3-1 victory over the Catamounts. Koller???s play kept the Terriers atop Hockey East and undefeated at Walter Brown Arena (3-0-2).
Hockey East's leading scorer, Koller has 15 points (7-8--15), including two power-play goals, in 13 games.
Koller and the Terriers head to Providence on Saturday, Nov. 19, to take on Providence College for the teams??? first meeting of the season. BU returns to Walter Brown Arena on Sunday for a Hockey East match up with UConn. The Terriers look to avenge last Saturday's (Nov. 12) loss to the Huskies and maintain a perfect record in Walter Brown.
