Women's Golf Places Third at Sacred Heart Fall Classic

Milford, Conn. - The Boston University women's golf team placed third out of a field of nine squads on Monday afternoon at the Sacred Heart Fall Classic at the Great River Golf Club in Milford, Conn. The Terriers carded a 668 after two rounds and were led by Kaitlyn Mardeusz, who finished in a tie for eighth place with a two-round total of 163. The invitational marked the final competition of the fall for the Terriers, who will start up again in the spring.
Three of the five Terriers improved in their second round, including Mardeusz who shot an 80 on day two. She was followed by Ana Johnson (86-79--165), Lauren Stong (83-86--169), Allison Hamilton (83-84--177) and Dana DeStefano (97-88--185).
