
Golf Sits in Third After First Round of AE Championship

SIMSBURY, Conn. - After one day of competition, the Boston University golf team sits in third place at the America East Championship. The Terriers carded a 343 and Allison Hamilton was the squad's top performer, sitting in fifth place with a first-round total of 82.
Kaitlyn Mardeusz (43-40--83), Ana Johnson (44-45--89), Dana DeStefano (46-43--89) and Lauren Stong (44-46--90) rounded out the field for the Terriers.
BU will complete the two-day tourney tomorrow morning with an 8:00 a.m. tee-off at the Simsbury Farms Golf Course in Simsbury, Conn.
