WEST HARTFORD, Conn. - The Boston University women's golf team finished 10th at the 2010 Hartford Hawks Invitational on Monday and Tuesday. As a team, the Terriers scored a 341 in the first round and a 349 in the second round to close out the 36-hole tournament with a 690.
Kaitlyn Mardeusz sat atop the Terriers' leaderboard, finishing in a tie for 24th overall, carding an 80 in the first round and an 86 in the second round to complete the 36 holes with a 166. Ana Johnson came into the clubhouse carding a 166 after scoring an 85 on day one and improving by two strikes on day two with an 83 for 31st place.
Kaitlin Garske placed 41st with a two-day total of 172, shooting an 86 on both days, while Courtney Dampolo finished 56th with a 90 on day one and a 94 on day two.
BU will return to the links on Friday (April 16) and Saturday (April 17) at Columbia in Suffren, N.Y.
