BOSTON - Junior Tanner Knorr was named the Most Valuable Player for the 2009-10 Boston University divers after dominating both the one- and three-meter boards throughout the season, culminating with two victories at the 2010 America East Swimming and Diving Championships.
After a successful regular season, Knorr entered the championships as the favorite and delivered, posting a 564.50 on the 1M and 626.45 on the 3M to complete the sweep. Knorr was honored as the Most Outstanding Diver of the championships and went on to compete at the 2010 Zone A Diving Championships, where he finished 17th on the 3M and 39th overall on the 1M.
